The 39-year-old model displayed a deep bronze tan as she posed on the red carpet.
She then put on a pair of oversized sunglasses to relax poolside at the upmarket Palazzo Hotel in the city and later danced away to some music at the Azure Luxury pool at the resort.
'I had a blast,' she later tweeted.
Carmen, real name, Tara Leigh Patrick, also recently revealed on how she stays slim and trim.
